<p>Eu una prefer gustarile sarate. Daca e sa aleg intre o bucata de ciocolata si un biscuite cu branza, intotdeauna prefer sa rontai biscuitele. Briosele astea sunt superbe, mai ales daca alegi varianta cu feta.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>300 g faina alba</p>
<p>300 g dovlecel (2 dovlecei mici)</p>
<p>10 linguri unt topit</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>250 ml lapte batut</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>o lingurita plina de sare</p>
<p>1 lingurita mix de ierburi aromate (eu am folosit cimbru, patrunjel, marar uscate, dar poti folosi ce ierburi iti plac)</p>
<p>piper</p>
<p>4 lingurite seminte de susan + pentru presarat deasupra</p>
<p><strong><em>Ies 10 briose mari</em></strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Incalzeste cuptorul la 200 grade celsius si pregateste-ti tava pentru briose.</p>
<p>Razuieste dovleceii. Pune-i intr-un prosop curat si stoarce excesul de apa din ei.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol mare treci prin sita faina, sarea, praful de copt si piperul.</p>
<p>Adauga ierburile aromate si cele 4 lingurite de susan, impreuna cu dovlecelul.</p>

<p>Intr-un alt bol, amesteca cele 2 oua batute cu untul topit si cu laptele batut.</p>
<p>Pune amestecul lichid peste amestecul de faina si amesteca de cateva ori cu o lingura mare(4-5 ori). Amesteca doar cat sa se incorporeze. E important sa nu amesteci mult pentru ca nu vor mai creste in cuptor si briosele nu vor fi pufoase.</p>
<p>Coace la 180 grade pentru 20 minute.</p>

<p>Am promis acum cateva saptamani o reteta de humus si iata, ma tin de cuvant. Am vazut ca multi il numesc humus libanez, desi originea lui nu s-a lamurit inca. Oricum, asta nu e asa de important. Ce conteaza este gustul si faptul ca este un fel de mancare versatil. Poate fi folosit ca sos pentru legume, chipsuri si alte rontaieli sau poate fi servit impreuna cu alte delicatese orientale formand o masa consistenta.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 conserve de naut de 400 g (fara zeama au cam 500 g naut ambele)</p>
<p>zeama de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>2 linguri cu varf pasta de susan (tahini)</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>100-150 ml apa (sau zeama din coservele cu naut)</p>
<p>sare si piper dupa gust</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Strecoara nautul din conserve (pastrand o parte din apa). Poti folosi si naut uscat. In acest caz, prepararea va dura mai mult. Va trebui sa inmoi boabele de naut (ca la fasolea uscata) peste noapte apoi fierbi, strecori si lasi sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>Pune nautul intr-un blender, adauga usturoiul facut pasta sau dat pe razatoarea mica.</p>

<p>Toarna putin din apa, 3-4 linguri si zeama de lamaie. Mixeaza pana se formeaza un piure, mai adauga apa daca este nevoie si blenderul nu face fata.</p>

<p>Condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Mie imi place si cu piper, dar il poti lasa afara din reteta daca nu iti place.</p>

<p>Adauga pasta de susan (pe care o poti pregati si acasa daca nu gasesti la supermarket. Ai nevoie de susan si ulei vegetal sau de masline. Cam 2 linguri de ulei la 200 g de susan. Prajeste intr-o tigaie susanul, doar atat cat sa devina crocant, nu lasa sa se rumeneasca. Gaseste o modalitate sa zdrobesti semintele impreuna cu susanul, fie in mojar, fie cu blenderul, fie in robotul de bucatarie si gata tahini-ul). Mixeaza impreuna cu pasta de susan.</p>

<p>Toarna si uleiul de masline. Pune compozitia pe o farfurie si decoreaza dupa preferinte cu: ulei de masline, boia de ardei dulce sau picanta, seminte de susan, seminte de pin, patrunjel, coriandru&#8230;</p>

<p>Noi mancam humus de obicei cu lipii prajite (le tai felii, le stropesc cu putin ulei de masline si le pun in tava la cuptor cateva minute pana devin crocante) si cu salata de rosii, castreveti si frunze de patrunjel. Combinatia e delicioasa, satioasa si racoritoare.</p>

Ma inspira de multe ori, mai putin cand aceste creatii necesita prea multa vesela pe care el nu &#8216;apuca&#8217; sa o spele <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  (nu e cazul decat foarte rar, trebuie sa recunosc). Oricum, sandwichurile de mai jos, sunt o idee excelenta pentru cei care au copii si carora le place sa-i implice pe acestia in bucatarie.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>2 felii de paine (noi am folosit integrala)</p>
<p>2 cepe verzi</p>
<p>3 felii de muschi file (sau orice fel de sunca)</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>parmezan razuit</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie mijlocul feliilor de paine cu cutitul sau cu forme, cum doresti. Astfel poti obtine niste ochiuri in forma de inima sau stea sau orice alta forma ai in bucatarie. Oul nu are nevoie de mult spatiu, noi l-am intins tare, chiar i-am spart galbenusul ca sa se intinda mai mult in toata felia.</p>

<p>2. Incalzeste o tigaie la foc mediu, adauga 2 linguri de ulei si feliile de paine decupate. Sparge ouale in mijlocul gaurit. Condimenteaza. Cand s-a intarit putin oul, intoarce si prajeste si pe cealalta parte.</p>

<p>1. Taie tofu in felii mai groase si prajeste-le intr-o tigaie cateva minute, pana prind crusta pe ambele parti. Eu am pus si putin ulei de masline, dar nu e necesar.</p>

<p>Poate stii ca iaurtul cu miere si nuci este specific grecesc, poate chiar l-ai gustat intr-un restaurant sau chiar in Grecia. De asemenea, poate ai uitat ca poti sa-l servesti si acasa, de aceea m-am hotarat sa-ti amintesc de el. Este extrem de simplu de facut, nu ai nevoie de cantitati specifice, ajustezi in functie de preferintele tale. Este sanatos, extrem de gustos si daca il servesti la micul dejun e chiar dietetic <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>Iaurt simplu cat mai cremos (iaurtul grecesc e ideal, eu am folosit Milii iaurt cremos)</p>
<p>Miez de nuca rupt in bucati mai mari sau mai mici, in functie de preferintele tale</p>
<p>Miere, din nou cate lingurite doresti.</p>

<p>1. Toarna iaurtul intr-un recipient in care doresti sa servesti.</p>

Mini tartelele astea sunt pufoase, aluatul e crocant, au o singura problema si anume ca nu te poti opri la o bucata <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 praz</p>
<p>400 g porumb boabe (din conserva)</p>
<p>6 oua</p>
<p>200 ml smantana (sau jumate smantana dulce si jumate smantana normala)</p>
<p>200 g bucatele de sunca</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>1 pachet de aluat de foietaj (eu folosesc Linco)</p>
<p>150 g cascaval</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Intinde aluatul cu un sucitor pana se subtiaza aluatul la jumate din cat era de gros. Taie forme rotunde cat sa acoperi formele din tava pentru briose.</p>

<p>2. Bate ouale cu ajutorul unui tel. Adauga smantana si sarea. Taie marunt prazul si adauga-l la ou. Apoi adauga si porumbul.</p>

<p>3. Prajeste bucatile de sunca intr-o tigaie si adauga-l la restul de aluat.</p>

<p>4. Toarna aluat cu lingura in fiecare forma de briosa, in &#8216;paharelele&#8217; de aluat. Eu am impartit mai intai porumbul si sunca in fiecare briosa si apoi am turnat restul de aluat, asta sa ma asigur ca fiecare portie e aproximativ la fel.</p>

<p>5. Deasupra razuieste cascavalul si da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 20 minute sau pana se rumesc deasupra.</p>

<p>Uneori ai nevoie de un aperitiv care sa deschida masa intr-un mod simplu dar de efect. Sau de ce nu? Vrei sa mai shimbi sandwichul care ti-l duci la serviciu cu altceva. Aseaza-l intr-o cutie de plastic si pune-l cu tine la serviciu (asta daca ai frigider la locul de munca <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ). Eu am facut o portie mai mica de data asta, dar tu poti pune mai mult din fiecare ingredient daca doresti sa servesti mai mult de doua persoane. Mama mea a cumparat zilele trecute o sunca extrem de buna si extrem de scumpa, asta nu pentru ca asa a intentionat, ci din greseala, s-a uitat pe raft la alt produs care era muuult mai ieftin <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Cand a venit acasa de la magazin si a constatat cat a dat pe 200 de g s-a hotarat sa mi-o faca mie cadou, ca cica ei nu i-ar cadea bine stiind cat a costat. M-am tot gandit cum s-o servim s-o punem in valoare, asa ca am facut un platou cu mozzarelle si smochine. Dar stii ceva? Am gustat prosciuto mult mai bun si nu era asa de scump <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>200 g proscuito sau orice alta sunca taiata foarte subtire</p>
<p>un pachetel de mozzarella cu 20 de mingiute de branza in el sau poti folosi bucati mai mari pe care sa le rupi bucati (va arata mai rustic)</p>
<p>3-4 smochine proaspete</p>
<p>2-3 linguri miere</p>
<p>daca doresti poti adauga si miez de nuca</p>

<p>1. Mai simplu nu se poate. Aseaza bucatile de prosciuto pe farfurie, dupa cum ochiul tau decide ca e mai frumos <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>2. Aseaza mingiutele de mozzarella pe care le-ai scurs de zeama.</p>

<p>3. Smochinelor spalate bine fa-le o taietura in cruce pana, dar nu chiar cat sa le tai de tot. Apoi strange-le intre degete pana se deschid ca niste flori. Aseaza-le si pe acestea pe platou.</p>

Ador nucile, castanele, strugurii si in egala masura ma bucur de un dovleac bun pe care il mananc cu sare cat e cald. Nu e neaparat o reteta, dar daca cumva nu ai vazut niciodata cum se face, iata mai jos cum procedezi. Simplu, rapid si foarte gustos.</p>

<p>Spala bine dovleacul. Taie-l in doua si cu ajutorul unei linguri curata interiorul de seminte. Taie in felii mai mari si pune-le intr-o tava.</p>

<p>Odata cu toamna au aparut si castanele. Mie imi plac foarte mult. Fie ca sunt pur si simplu coapte, fierte sau le gasesc aroma prin prajituri, ma incanta de fiecare data. Eu folosesc castanele si prin salate sau chiar prin anumite retete de mancare. Pentru toate insa aceasta e baza, castanele coapte si curatate de coaja.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. In primul rand spala bine castanele.</p>

<p>2. Cresteaza fiecare castana cu ajutorul unui cutit, doar cat sa crapi coaja ca sa fie mai usor de desfacut dupa ce se coc.</p>

<p>3. Intinde-le intr-o tava si stropeste-le cu jumate de cana de apa. Pune-le in cuptorul incins la 160 grade C pentru 30 minute, avand grija ca la jumatatea timpului sa mai adaugi jumate de cana de apa.</p>

Iata o reteta perfecta pentru o seara cu prietenii. Poti pune cam orice legume in lipie, ingredientul care insa nu trebuie sa lipseasca, pentru ca e farmecul acestei retete, este carnea imbracata in condimente.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600 gr. carne de pui (se poate face cu carne de porc tocata)</p>
<p>1 pachet de condimente de taco</p>
<p>2-3 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>2 rosii</p>
<p>2 ardei</p>
<p>1 ceapa rosie mare</p>
<p>1 conserva de porumb</p>
<p>1 cutie de fasole boabe rosie de preferinta (eu am avut alba de data asta)</p>
<p>jumatate de salata verde</p>
<p>150 gr. cas razalit</p>
<p>200 ml smantana</p>
<p>100 gr. masline fara samburi</p>
<p>1 punga de lipii</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Singurele care trebuie gatite sunt puiul si fasolea, restul se curata, se spala si se taie bucati si se aseaza in boluri.</p>
<p>1. Carnea se taie bucati (sau se poate toca) si se prajeste in putin ulei. Se adauga condimentele (nu stiu sa iti spun cat anume sa pui, va trebui sa gusti si sa tot adaugi pana cand ti se pare ca e ok) si 1 cana de apa. Cand apa a scazut de tot carnea e gata. Pune intr0un bol de servit.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">1/4 lingurita praf de usturoi</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1/4 lingurita praf de ceapa</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1/2 lingurita fulgi de ardei rosii iuti</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1/4 lingurita oregano uscat</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1/2 lingurita boia de ardei dulce</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1 si 1/2 lingurita chimin praf</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1 lingurita sare</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1 lingurita piper</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1 lingurita amidon alimentar</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Pune toate astea laolalta, amesteca bine.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Daca vrei, poti face portie dubla, o sigilezi intr-un borcan si poti sa tii la rece pana la 6 luni.</p>

Strecoara fasolea si fa-o piure, pune-o si pe aceasta intr-un bol de servit.
