<p>Am promis acum cateva saptamani o reteta de humus si iata, ma tin de cuvant. Am vazut ca multi il numesc humus libanez, desi originea lui nu s-a lamurit inca. Oricum, asta nu e asa de important. Ce conteaza este gustul si faptul ca este un fel de mancare versatil. Poate fi folosit ca sos pentru legume, chipsuri si alte rontaieli sau poate fi servit impreuna cu alte delicatese orientale formand o masa consistenta.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 conserve de naut de 400 g (fara zeama au cam 500 g naut ambele)</p>
<p>zeama de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>2 linguri cu varf pasta de susan (tahini)</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>100-150 ml apa (sau zeama din coservele cu naut)</p>
<p>sare si piper dupa gust</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Strecoara nautul din conserve (pastrand o parte din apa). Poti folosi si naut uscat. In acest caz, prepararea va dura mai mult. Va trebui sa inmoi boabele de naut (ca la fasolea uscata) peste noapte apoi fierbi, strecori si lasi sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>Pune nautul intr-un blender, adauga usturoiul facut pasta sau dat pe razatoarea mica.</p>

<p>Toarna putin din apa, 3-4 linguri si zeama de lamaie. Mixeaza pana se formeaza un piure, mai adauga apa daca este nevoie si blenderul nu face fata.</p>

<p>Condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Mie imi place si cu piper, dar il poti lasa afara din reteta daca nu iti place.</p>

<p>Adauga pasta de susan (pe care o poti pregati si acasa daca nu gasesti la supermarket. Ai nevoie de susan si ulei vegetal sau de masline. Cam 2 linguri de ulei la 200 g de susan. Prajeste intr-o tigaie susanul, doar atat cat sa devina crocant, nu lasa sa se rumeneasca. Gaseste o modalitate sa zdrobesti semintele impreuna cu susanul, fie in mojar, fie cu blenderul, fie in robotul de bucatarie si gata tahini-ul). Mixeaza impreuna cu pasta de susan.</p>

<p>Toarna si uleiul de masline. Pune compozitia pe o farfurie si decoreaza dupa preferinte cu: ulei de masline, boia de ardei dulce sau picanta, seminte de susan, seminte de pin, patrunjel, coriandru&#8230;</p>

<p>Noi mancam humus de obicei cu lipii prajite (le tai felii, le stropesc cu putin ulei de masline si le pun in tava la cuptor cateva minute pana devin crocante) si cu salata de rosii, castreveti si frunze de patrunjel. Combinatia e delicioasa, satioasa si racoritoare.</p>

<p>Cand mi se aduna multe rosii in frigider, ceea ce se intampla destul de des vara cu grozavele rosii de gradina pe care le primesc de la soacra mea, trec rapid in meniul zilei un ghiveci gros si savuros. Nici nu stiu cand a inceput sa-mi placa, pentru ca, tin minte in copilarie nu eram fan. De obicei ne place sa-l savuram simplu cu felii de paine inmuiate in el, dar ieri l-am incercat cu peste alaturi si a fost delicios.</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>5 cepe mari</p>
<p>5 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>3 ardei capia</p>
<p>10 rosii de gradina mari</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>4 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>150 ml apa plata</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata si taie ceapa, usturoiul si ardeii. Eu le-am taiat felii lungi si subtiri, dar e dupa preferinta fiecaruia.</p>

<p>2. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie incapatoare, adauga ceapa, usturoiul si apoi ardeii. Toarna si apa si sareaza totul.</p>

<p>3. Caleste 10 minute pana legumele se inmoaie bine si sunt foarte flexibile.</p>

<p>4. Curata rosiile de coaja si taie-le in bucati mici.</p>

<p>5. Adauga rosiile peste ceapa calita. Da focul pe mic spre mediu si lasa sa fiarba amestecand din cand in cand cam 40 minute sau pana cand scade sucul de la rosii. Gusta, sareaza din nou daca este nevoie.</p>

<p>Aceste pulpe la cuptor inoata intr-un sos de rosii aromat si picant. Daca vrei o varianta nepicanta, trebuie doar sa elimini din ingrediente piperul, fulgii de chilli si sa reduci cantitatea de usturoi. De asemenea, poti adauga si cartofi in reteta, fierbe-i putin inainte si adauga-i (taiati patratele) in tava atunci cand pui si sosul de rosii. Astfel vei avea o cina perfecta si pentru copiii tai.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>8 pulpe de pui dezosate (eu am folosit 3 bucati de piept si restul pulpe)</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>1 conserva de rosii intregi de 400 g</p>
<p>400 g ciuperci champinion</p>
<p>3 cepe galbene mici</p>
<p>4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita fulgi de chilli (sau o lingurita daca iti place foarte iute)</p>
<p>1 lingurita de oregano uscat</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita busuioc uscat</p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>300 ml supa de pui</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 220 grade.</p>
<p>2. Sareaza si pipereaza bucatile de pui. Prajeste-le intr-o tigaie 1-2 minute, nu mai mult. Carnea nu trebuie sa se patrunda, ci doar sa sigileze sucurile in interiorul ei. Pune deoparte.</p>

<p>3. Intr-un vas rezistent la caldura, pune ceapa taiata in 8 (felii groase), ciupercile taiate felii, usturoiul taiat marunt, fulgii de chilli, oregano, busuiocul, putina sare si uleiul de masline.</p>

<p>4. Adauga carnea pe care ai pus-o deoparte mai devreme.</p>

<p>5. Toarna supa de pui desupra si  introdu in cuptorul incins pentru 40 minute sau pana cand se evapora aproape tot lichidul. Nu acoperi tava cu nimic.</p>

<p>6. Scoate din cuptor si toarna conserva de rosii deasupra. Reintrodu in cuptor pentru 20 minute.</p>

<p>Atunci cand incerc sa mananc sanatos si disciplinat sau sa tin un regim alimentar, cel mai greu imi este cateva zile sa ma readaptez la stilul de gatit care mi se permite. Perioada care urmeaza sunt la dieta, inca nu stiu exact pe ce perioada, dar tinta mi-e clara asa ca sper sa nu deviez <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Din pricina asta vor urma multe retete mai interesante care fac parte din regimul meu. Prima din seria aceasta de retete este cea de tagliatelle din dovlecei cu sos de rosii, o reteta rapid de facut,  gustoasa si surprinzatoare. Eu am voie s-o servesc chiar si cu branza deasupra (desigur branza slaba <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ).</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>4 dovlecei (medii ca marime)</p>
<p>700 ml bulion de rosii (sau pasta de rosii amestecata cu apa)</p>
<p>3-4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 ardei iute</p>
<p>200 g ciuperci champinion</p>
<p>1 lingurita plina busuioc uscat</p>
<p>1 lingurita plina oregano uscat</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>2 linguri de ulei de masline</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala bine dovleceii, daca sunt dovlecei fragezi nu este nevoie sa le cureti coaja. Taie dovleceii in fasii subtiri si lungi si aseaza-i intr-un bol.</p>

<p>2. Incalzeste o tigaie la foc mediu. Toarna uleiul, usturoiul pe care l-ai tocat marunt si ardei tocat de asemenea marunt. Dupa un minut pune deoparte.</p>

<p>3. Taie ciupercile patratele sau felii, cum doresti si adauga-le in tigaie. Pune din nou la foc. Asezoneaza cu busuioc, oregano, sare, piper. Cand ciupercile s-au inmuiat putin adauga sosul de rosii.</p>

<p>4. Asteapta sa dea 2-3 clocote si gata.</p>

<p>5. Aseaza tagliatellele din dovlecei pe farfurie si toarna cateva linguri din sos la mijloc.</p>

Acopera si lasa la aburi cateva minute, 5-10 minute.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune laptele sa fiarba impreuna cu margarina si sarea. Cand fierbe adauga faina si amesteca pana se desprinde de pe vas. Lasa sa se raceasca putin si apoi adauga ouale pe rand si un pumn din cascaval ras.</p>

<p>3. Rastoarna aluatul copt pe un prosop de bucatarie umed si unge cu smantana. Presara cascavalul ras, ardeiul taiat cubulete si patrunjelul taiat marunt.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune galbenusul intr-un bol cu mustarul si zeama de lamaie. Amesteca bine cu mixerul, cam 30 de secunde.</p>

<p>2. Amestecand cu mixerul in continuu toarna treptat uleiul asigurandu-te ca inainte de fiecare adaugare s-a incorporat bine uleiul dinainte. Torna pentru inceput de 4 sau 5 ori jumatati de lingurita de ulei si apoi treci la lingurite pline, apoi la linguri.</p>

<p><strong>!!!! Daca maioneza ti se taie</strong> poti face unul din urmatoarele:</p>
<p>Fie scoti 1 lingura din maioneza in alt bol, adaugi putin mustar sau galbenus fiert si amesteci pana se omogenizeaza, apoi adaugi treptat din maioneza taiata.</p>
<p>Fie adaugi 2 linguri de apa si amesteci din nou.</p>
<p>Fie lasi maioneza deoparte jumate de ora pana se ridica uleiul la suprafata, torni uleiul intr-un recipient si amesteci restul pana se leaga apoi refolosesti uleiul care l-ai scurs.</p>
<p>Aruncatul compozitiei chiar n-ar trebui sa fie o optiune <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Cartofii intregi si nedecojiti ii speli si ii puni la fiert in apa cu sare. In acelasi timp, fierbe ouale in apa cu sare, ccam 10 minute ca sa fie tari. Strecoara si pune deoparte sa se raceasca putin.</p>

<p>250 g paste (macaroane, penne, spirale)</p>
<p>200 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>400 gr. cascaval ras (eu am folosit moeciu si parmezan)</p>

<p>100 g mozzarella (pentru ras deasupra)</p>
<p>jumatate lingurita nucsoara macinata</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>1 legatura frunze de patrunjel</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Fierbe pastele conforma indicatiilor de pe ambalaj. Strecoara si pune intr-un bol mare.</p>

<p>2. Adauga patrunjelul tocat, smantana si branzeturile. Condimenteaza si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>Cand eram mici, sora mea si cu mine, eram duse de tata pe dealuri, la padure, colindam mult imprejurimile. De multe ori dupa ploaie, adunam bureti, iar mama facea din ei o tocanita absolut delicioasa. Eu de data asta am avut galbiori, am pus si vreo 3  buc de champinion doar pentru ca asa am avut chef, am facut o combinatie si a iesit absolut delicios, de lins pe degete <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Am servit cu mamaliguta si neaparat frunze de patrunjel (bunicul sotului meu spunea ca daca ciupercile sunt otravitoare patrunjelul se ingalbeneste, nu stiu daca e adevarat, dar eu asa &#8216;probez&#8217; ciupercile:))</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600-800 g  galbiori</p>
<p>2 cepe galbene</p>
<p>4-5 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>2-3 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>1 lingura boia de ardei dulce</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>400 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>1 legatura de frunze de patrunjel</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala bine ciupercile. Pune-le sa se opareasca 2-3 minute in apa fiarta cu sare. Strecoara, taie-le la ce dimensiune doresti si pune-le deoparte.</p>

<p>2. Curata usturoiul si ceapa. Toaca-le cat mai marunt. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie, adauga usturoiul si ceapa si caleste pana ceapa devine transparenta. Adauga si boiaua.</p>

<p>3. Toarna ciupercile deasupra si pune din nou la foc. Condimenteaza si lasa la foc mic, sub capac 10 minute.</p>

<p>Imi aduce aminte de taberele in care mereu primeam acest fel, pentru ca era o masa ieftina, fara pretentii si foarte gustoasa.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 pachet 500 gr. de taitei lati sau patrate mari (dupa preferinta)</p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei</p>
<p>1 varza alba destul de mare</p>
<p>sare/piper (dupa gust)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie varza ca pentru salata, feliute cat mai subtiri, adauga sare si lasa-o sa stea cateva minute, va lasa putina apa. Stoarce intre palme de excesul de zeama si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>2. Incalzeste o cratita si pune cele 2-3 linguri de ulei. Adauga varza si caleste la foc mic amestecand pentru inceput din cand in cand apoi tot mai des pentru ca va incepe sa se prinda. Caleste cam 15-20 minute sau pana cand varza s-a inmuiat bine. Condimenteaza cu piper si cu sare daca mai este nevoie.</p>

<p>Daca doresti poti adauga ceapa retetei, aceasta va indulci putin compozitia de varza sau chiar bacon. Tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa le calesti inainte de a adauga varza la tigaie.</p>
