<p>Azi ai parte (doar prin poze, pana cand vei decide sa incerci si tu reteta <img src='http://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ) de reteta preferata a surorii mele si a sotului meu. E preferata lor, dar nu pot spune ca a gustat-o cineva fara sa exclame vreun &#8216;ah&#8217; sau &#8216;oh&#8217; sau &#8216;iam&#8217; <img src='http://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Are straturi crocante, are gem de caise acrisor, are nuca si bezea&#8230; mai are rost sa va descriu cum e? Cred ca va imaginati deja gustul <img src='http://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Singura problema cu aceasta prajitura e sa stii cand sa te opresti din mancat.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>600 g faina alba</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri</p>
<p>3 linguri de smantana</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>3 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>325 g unt (un unt si jumate)</p>
<p>15 linguri de miez de nuca macinat</p>
<p>7 linguri cu varf de gem de caise</p>
<p><strong>Pentru bezea:</strong></p>
<p>2 linguri cu varf de miez de nuca macinat</p>
<p>150 g zahar</p>
<p>3 albusuri</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1.Trece prin sita faina cu praful de copt si cu sarea. Adaug-o peste untul moale taiat cuburi. Adauga si zaharul. Amesteca cu mainile strangand aluatul printre degete.</p>

<p>2. Toarna smantana si lucreaza din nou aluatul. Adauga galbenusurile si lucreaza pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>3. Taie un sfert din aluat si pune-l deoparte intr-o punga (sau in folie) la frigider. Restul de aluat intinde-l intr-o foaie asezandu-l apoi pe o tava intinsa. Eu am folosit tava mare a cuptorului.</p>

<p>5. Acum amesteca miezul de nuca cu gemul si toarna-l peste aluatul din tava. Intinde intr-un strat subtire.</p>

<p>6. Pentru a face bezeaua, bate albusurile spuma apoi adauga treptat zaharul amestecand in continuare, iar la final miezul de nuca. Toarna compozitia peste stratul cu gem si niveleaza.</p>

<p>7. Scoate aluatul pe care l-ai pus mai devreme la frigider si razuieste-l deasupra.</p>

<p>8. Introdu tava la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 30 minute.</p>
